During the visit, I will examine the chimney from the ground level to assess its style, height, and determine the best access points to the roof. I will also inspect for any internal water damage, such as damp ceilings or walls. We will discuss the restoration process, including the use of scaffolding or ladders to access the roof and the necessary safety equipment for the job. After the consultation, you will receive an estimated cost for restoring the chimney stack.

Please be advised that our on-site consultation estimates do not involve climbing up on the roof to inspect the chimney stack. The purpose of this estimate is to provide you with a general idea of the costs involved and to offer a detailed explanation of the chimney repair process. Additionally, we will discuss the estimated costs of scaffolding and roof safety equipment required for the project during our one-on-one consultation.

If you would like a more thorough inspection of the chimney stack above roof level, we recommend our inspection/quote service. With this option, you will receive a comprehensive report detailing the condition of the chimney, along with a fixed price quote for the necessary repairs. This service provides you with a detailed assessment and a clear understanding of the costs involved in restoring your chimney. ($450 fee)
